As we continue expanding in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region, we are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong experience in software development management to join our growing team.

Your Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the successful delivery of software development and technology solution projects. Working closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and business development) and external clients, you will ensure that projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

This role is ideal for candidates with system integrator (SI) or tech solution delivery experience in Hong Kong, and who can bridge the gap between technical project execution and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the execution of software development and tech solution projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Work closely with the engineering team to define requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with business development teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans.

• Act as a communication bridge between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.

• Track project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and provide regular updates to management and clients.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and meeting notes.

• Support solution implementation and integration for clients in Hong Kong.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required).

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or management within software development, system integration (SI), or tech solution delivery in Hong Kong.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience in solution sales support or working closely with business development teams.

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus.

• Prior exposure to AI, IoT, or smart construction technologies.
