Sales Consultant – Custom Furniture (CoCoMall)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our CoCoMall Team as our Sales Consultant (Custom Furniture). Key responsibilities include:

• Creative Design: Create and manage furniture proposals that bring customer visions to life from concept to execution, showcasing your eye for design and attention to detail;

• Relationship Building:Forge strong connections with customers, expanding our client base to uncover new sales opportunities and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers;

• Customer Experience:Ensure a premium showroom experience, maintaining impeccable standards of service that reflect the quality of our products;

• Product Showcase: Inspire customers by presenting an extensive range of furniture, materials and accessories, helping them find the perfect pieces to transform their spaces;

• Sales Administration: Handle essential duties including quotation preparation, on-site assessments and order processing, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction;

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Creative Foundation:Diploma holder or above in Interior Design or related disciplines;

• Sales Expertise:Bring your 2+ years of furniture sales experience to drive business success;

• Tech-Savvy:Utilize your proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, 3D Rendering, Illustrator, and Freehand; as well as Google Suite and MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, to support daily operations and reporting efficiently;

• Effective Communicator: Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English to engage effectively with a diverse clientele;

• Self-Motivated:Thrive as a proactive individual who can take initiative and excel in a dynamic sales environment;

• Product Enthusiast:Demonstrate your passion for furniture and stay current with industry trends to provide expert advice to clients;

• Immediate availability is preferred.
