Logistics – Senior Coordinator

Job Duties :

·       Support the daily operation of the logistics department :

• Communicate with the customers in mainland China & overseas countries;
• Ensure the service requirements are accurately implemented.

·       Develop business opportunities with other departments;

·       Prepare invoices and data entry in Cargowise; 

·       Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

·       Tertiary Educated;

·       At least 5 years working experience in the logistics or supply chain field;

·       Basic knowledge of international freight transportation, and warehouse operation;

·       Self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

·       Good command of English and Chinese;

·       Can work independently according to the set procedures, and willing to learn.
