Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Enhance & elevate growth models to scale up our business, measure and report key metrics (e.g. open rate, click through rate & monetarization) and make recommendations for improvement

• Execute A/B testing, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve clients’ business goals via digital campaigns

• Manage digital marketing campaigns for corporate clients by having a deep understanding and ability to analyze ROI/CPA goals and data, media buying cycle, website architecture, marketing philosophy, targeting mechanism, etc.

• Manage social media platforms. Propose, plan and execute Facebook or website content.

• Explore new trends in digital marketing/ e-commerce

• Prepare and present digital strategies to clients

• Compile reports and coordinate with internal & external parties for digital project implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Advertising, E-Commerce, Marketing or other related disciplines

• Hands on experience in building high performing Digital Ad campaigns with proven ROAS

• 3+ year of digital advertising/ digital marketing working experience, especially in Social Media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Mobile, eCommence or other digital related roles

• Familiar with financial product such as credit card, investments or related topics

• Good understanding and experience in planning, handling and evaluating digital projects

• Immediate available is preferable

• Have written and oral fluency in English and Cantonese
