Senior / Buyer

This position is responsible for assisting Product Planning Manager to monitor the assigned product category and responsible for all logistics process on products in ensuring that products meet market needs and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly sales analysis and sell thru report;
• Make sure monthly delivery of the goods according to the monthly target;
• Monitor sales, update sales report and react based on weekly performance;
• Provide store pack information for Retail team monthly;
• Provide product information to all related parties before launch;
• Perform size and color ratio calculating;
• Attend product development meeting with Design team to provide product feedback on the collection;
• Conduct product presentation to Retail team; and
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Fashion & Textiles or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years’ buying experience, preferably at least 1 year experience in fashion retail industry; and
• Good communication (written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua) and interpersonal skills;
• Strong fashion market sense;
• Good logistics mind and sensitive in figures; and
• Good team player and able to work independently under pressure;
• Proficient in using MS Word, PowerPoint and strong skillset on Excel is a MUST.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
