Documentation Officer

Best Look Global Ltd. is a worldwide scrap metal exporting company with over 30 years of experience in the international metal trade specializing in mixed metals, electronic scrap, various shredder generated commodities. We have offices in Hong Kong PRC, Indianapolis IN, New York NY, San Francisco CA. In addition, we have agents and connections, built on years of great service, all over the world.

Roles and responsibilities 

• Act as a key person to provide excellent service to our customers.
• Handle daily PO & SO, bookings, shipping documents, data entry into system, invoicing to customers mainly in South Asia, Japan, China etc.
• Follow up shipment status with customers, US shipping team and forwarders.
• Follow up payment status with customers.
• Follow up and follow through any operation issues.
• Reply customers by email and Wechat in a timely manner.
• Provide support to our trading team.
• Regular reporting to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• 5 years relevant working experience in Trading or Shipping or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency is MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential)
• Immediate available is advantage.
• Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (Near MTR station)
• Monthly salary 20k-25k (negotiable)
