Senior Project Executive / Project Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account servicing , Client & Contractor coordination, production implementation, on-site set-up and dismantle supervision;
• To liaise with sub-contractors, vendors, programming team, production team and design team for project preparation;
• Provide all-rounded support to the Marketing Department;
• Plan, organize and execute in-store marketing activities and promotional campaigns across different channels;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MUST have solid experience in Event company;
• Proficient knowledge in the Use of material and finishing, structure and construction, supervise technical drawing, Structural Report and Fireload Report, Electrical Plan and other related reports;
• Able to handle clients, sub-contractors and vendor independently;
• Presentable, proactive, self-initiative, independent, patient, multi-task skills and able to work overnight & under pressure;
• Good command in English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred.
