Artelli Metaversa (HK) Ltd is a dynamic retail brand under Forward Fashion (International) Holdings Company Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong. We specialize in creating immersive, trend-forward retail experiences that blend fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture.

We are launching a new K-pop inspired retail concept in Hong Kong and Macau, combining Korean pop culture, fashion, and lifestyle. The store will feature trendy apparel, accessories, and collectibles inspired by popular K-pop idols and groups. Our goal is to create a fun and engaging shopping experience for fans, with interactive displays, photo zones, and limited-edition merchandise. This new concept is part of our commitment to bringing fresh and youth-driven retail experiences to the market.

We are now seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual strategy for our new stores.

This role will be responsible for creating immersive and trend-forward displays that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance customer engagement.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly and seasonal visual merchandising plans across all stores in Hong Kong and Macau
• Ensure displays are modern, eye-catching, and refreshed regularly to avoid static environments
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align VM with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Conduct regular store audits and ensure compliance with VM standards.
• Innovate display techniques and materials to elevate brand presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or designer toy retail.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-store VM operations.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand positioning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with VM planning tools and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
