Assistant Manager Air Pricing, Asia Pacific

Role Overview:

The jobholder will work with Global Account Team, APAC Vertical Sales and Field Sales for the main direct customers, leading RFQs (Request for Quotations) and spot inquiries and assist the Tender Team in collecting and developing quotation plans for RFQs, organize transaction records and produce analysis reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research customer profiles and service requirements, review past collaboration history, analyze existing suppliers and competitors, and develop pricing strategies for Spot Inquiries and short-term RFQs.
• Gain insight into the strengths and development direction of core company products, monitor market supply-demand trends, and evaluate product advantages across various port routes.
• Integrate existing sourcing structures and cost optimization needs for relevant port routes to develop quotation strategies based on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing guidance.
• Timely provide bidding results and customer feedback to promote the Product Team to further optimize the product.
• Master the RFQ & Pricing System to upload transaction records and produce analytical reports. Provide feedback to enhance and co-develop the quotation management system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing or related roles within the freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor position.
