Apax Partners Hong Kong Limited is looking for a diligent and resourceful Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of our Hong Kong office. This role involves a mix of office management, team support, and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who is proactive and enjoys a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily office operations and maintain a well-organized work environment.
· Assist China-based team members with logistics and support during their visits to Hong Kong.
· Help organize and execute corporate events, both internal and external.
· Provide administrative assistance to the Investor Relations (IR) team, including preparing expense reports and other documentation.
· Offer general on-site support to ensure the Hong Kong office operates efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
· Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
· Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
· Flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
. Relocation experience is a plus.
