Multimedia Designer

Alyssa Group Limited, a leading player in the Medical Beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Multimedia Designer to join our team. As the Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to drive growth and brand recognition. You'll work closely with our marketing team and report to the Manager.

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for various online and offline marketing materials including but not limited to graphic/ video promotion materials, social media post, web design, Mobile App UI/UX design etc.
• Creative and independent from design, concept and final output in alignment with the brand strategies
• Assist in preparing and executing proposals on a full range of digital deliverables for branded campaigns
• Manage webpages and assist with uploading and keeping materials updated using various tools
• Collaborate closely with the design team on a wide range of creative projects, such as: Graphic design (brochures, EDMs, infographics), Social media content (static & motion graphics), Video production (animation, short-form videos)
• Contribute creative concepts and art direction for marketing campaigns, including interactive setups.
• Master design tools, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered design tools.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Provide support to ad hoc project as assigned
• Possess a strong interest in Fashion, Cosmetic, and Beauty

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Design or other related disciplines;
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in animation/ online digital marketing/ communications, beauty industry is preferred;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop;
• Strong art sense with creative mind;
• Skilled and experienced in storyboard production, video production, motion graphic and photography
• A good team player who has strong sense of responsibility, good communication & organization skills and self-motivated, willing to take challenges and work under tight schedules;
• Experience of video recording and editing is preferred
• Immediate available is preferred
