Leading Consultant Project Manager reporting to Shanghai Office

Responsibilities:

• Lead project team from site survey to project closing out;
• Prepare and update project programme;
• Manage and plan statutory submissions and approval for the necessary permits;
• Manage the production of tendering documents and to organise/ review/ approve shop drawings with the project team;
• Manage and control production quality on façade, millworks and interior fit-out site works;
• Seamless communicate with client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors and suppliers;
• Handle project administrations, payment certifications, project close out, as-build documents etc.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the interior or fitout industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Attentive, positive, organized, responsible, committed, self-motivated, detail oriented and strong common sense
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
