Hardware Engineering Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design video lens systems for motion capture in basketball.
• Ensure real-time data uploads for analysis.
• Oversee hardware design, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with software and AI teams for integration.
• Manage sourcing and relationships with Chinese manufacturers.
• Coordinate logistics and quality control for production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering or related field.
• Experience in hardware development and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of video lens design and optical components.
• Strong project management skills and effective communication in Chinese and English.
• Based in Hong Kong with travel to mainland China.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sports technology hardware.
• Familiarity with quality certification standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
