Service Engineer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join the AMK International Corporation Ltd' team. Based in our Kowloon Bay office, this full-time role will see you providing expert technical support and maintenance for our range of electrical and electronic products. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Job Description:

1. Attend site meetings and site memo documentation preparation
2. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with exiting customers through regular communication & proactive account management
3. Assists to monitor the project progress and ensure the quality of work
4. Handle customer complaint
5. Visit customers regularly
6. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or a related technical discipline
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
3. Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
4. Good customer service orientation and communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
