We are a trading company serving worldwide market with production bases / offices in China. To support business development of our key customers and new markets in providing global intelligence and products, we are now seeking a candidate to accept the challenging position.

Requirements:

· F.5 / DSE graduate or above

· At least 2 years of experience in a trading company

· Proficient in Excel and Outlook

· Good command of English and Mandarin

· Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

· Perform data entry and review shipping documents from suppliers

· Use the ERP system to manage shipping and logistics operations

· Conduct cost control activities, including comparing freight quotes

· Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill)

· Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to manage shipments effectively
