Job Responsibilities:
- To explore new market opportunities, formulate training proposals and develop vocational training courses, including IT and non- IT courses
- To develop course training materials
- To assist in writing business / course / funding proposals
- To assist in applying course accreditation from external bodies
- To assist in implementing quality assurance mechanism, such as class observation, course material revision, instructor registration and so on
- To attend the Admin Team meeting, course development / review related meetings, etc.
- To undertake any ad hoc duties as required
- Working location: Choi Wan
- Working hour: Mon-Fri 0830-1730
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer science, information technology or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years working experience in education or training, of which at least 3 years’ supervisory / managerial experience and course development experience
- Non-bachelor degree holder (but with IT related qualification) should have minimum 8 years relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years’ supervisory / managerial experience and course development experience
- Having solid experience in developing vocational training courses is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and good IT skills
- Independent, creative, flexible, considerate, polite
