Laboratory Supervisor – Environmental Laboratory

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall operation and quality assurance of the organic and water testing laboratory
• Ensure the laboratory services operated in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17025 and internal quality manual
• To plan and control the operation of the laboratory to meet objectives
• Expand the knowledge base, skill sets, capabilities, and competencies of team members
• Provide on-the-job training to team members to ensure the deliverable clients’ requirement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Science or related discipline 
• At least 5 years’ supervision/management experience in ISO 17025 accredited environmental testing laboratory
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
