The Wealth Associate will play a pivotal role in expanding the wealth department partners portfolio by identifying, engaging, and acquiring partnerships with wealth capital companies, finance firms, and business consulting organizations. Additionally, the role will involve organizing events and activations with these partners to introduce Aldar Properties' portfolio to clients. This position will involve strategic business development, relationship management, executing partnership and client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnership Expansion:
Identify and establish new partnerships with wealth capital firms, finance companies, business consultancies, and other potential collaborators that align with the wealth department strategic goals.
Acquisition of New Partners:
- Drive the acquisition process for new financial and consulting partners, including assessing potential companies for alignment with the department’s vision and goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners through networking, market research, and industry events.
Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate partnership opportunities and prepare business proposals.
Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with existing and newly acquired partners, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment of interests.
Event & Activation Planning:
- Organize exclusive events, activations, and networking sessions in collaboration with wealth partners to introduce Aldar Properties’ portfolio to potential clients.
Work closely with marketing and events teams to design and execute impactful events that align with the strategic goals of both the wealth department and partners.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements and initiatives.
Work with the senior leadership team to ensure all partner acquisition strategies align with overall business objectives.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner acquisition, partnership portfolio expansion, and event outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on partnership performance, event effectiveness, and new business opportunities.
