Visual Merchandiser - Junior | MAX&Co.

Responsibilities:

• Execute in-store visual merchandising to align with established brand guidelines
• Conduct store visits in HK to ensure consistent visual presentation and styling
• Collaborate with stores on merchandise selection and in-store display to maximize sale opportunities
• Responsible for regular reports and manage material inventory
• Coordinate various projects with different parties
• Handle general clerical tasks for the VM team
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Visual Merchandising, Fashion/ Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred
• Strong fashion sense and keen eyes for visual presentation
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Graphic Design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
