UX/UI Designer

Role Description

• Responsible for designing and prototyping user interfaces;
• Review, maintain and improve our existing designs;
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform user-centered design decisions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, customers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals;
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience across all GOFA products, websites, and other digital platforms;
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products;
• Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal performance;
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights;
• Independently handle various ad hoc tasks, such as branding and marketing design projects requested by the management.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications;
• Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or In Vision, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design;
• Experience designing for health and wellness applications is a plus;
• Experience with user research and user testing methodologies to inform design decisions;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
• Experience in creating animations or videos for Ul UX will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
