Test Engineer

What you will do
You will be involved in testing and quality assurance for electronic payment systems. You will work closely with software, hardware, and project teams to ensure that systems and devices meet functional and performance requirements.

Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and execute test cases and test plans for Automatic Fare Collection System products
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, log, track, and verify software and system defects
• Support system deployment, user acceptance testing, and on-site verification
• Participate in requirement reviews and specification validations
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports

To be considered for this role you will have:
• University degree or above in Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with Windows / Android / Linux environments
• Basic scripting or automation experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese

On a personal level you must also:
• Be detail-oriented and analytical
• Demonstrate logical reasoning and sound judgment
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Be willing to learn new testing tools and technologies
