COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Analyze tender and coordinate with respective departments and network tenders (from overseas organizations and agents) for pricing and informative data
• Gather information from various sources as well as preparation of company presentation in response to Request for Information (RFI)
• Responsible for validating information and consolidation of pricing data for the Request for Proposal (RFP) submission
• Maintain pricing database of transportation rates, logistics/distribution rates
• Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bid log, and completed tenders, successful and unsuccessful bids
• Support market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• University degree holder
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pricing and RFQ, sales or customer service in Freight Forwarding industry
• Familiar with worldwide markets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and well organized
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and a local language
• Proficient in MS office applications, in particular strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas)

* Candidate having less experience will be considered as Tender Management Expert APAC
