Technician / Assistant Engineer – Fresh Graduates

About the Role

Are you passionate about engineering and excited by large-scale infrastructure projects? Join us in transforming Hong Kong’s transit systems with next-generation technology. Over the next few years, we’ll be laying down 300km of cables and enabling 5G connectivity across 24 stations and tunnels—and we need your help to make it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with on-site installation and testing & commissioning (T&C)
• Supervising subcontractors and monitoring site progress
• Coordinating with clients and third parties on-site
• Setting up equipment parameters and performing troubleshooting
• Conducting functional and acceptance tests
• Supporting workshop and warehouse housekeeping
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and information security standards

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow in the telecommunications industry. You might have:

• A bachelor's degree in electronic/electrical/building services engineering is preferred. Higher Diploma holders with strong academic results will also be considered.
• 0–2 years in telecom, electrical installation, or building services
• Hands-on experience with site installation, T&C, and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of 5G mobile, Wi-Fi, IoT, or other mobile communication technologies is preferred.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
