Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for our smart retail IT solutions to existing business clients

Collaborate with sales, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met

Monitor projects and maintain high quality of work

Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot issues
-
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and solution providers during project implementation
Requirements:
-
Certificate of IT, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering or higher
-
2-3+ years of relevant work experience
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in smart retail shops or IT solutions
-
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
-
Knowledge of the ticket system would be an advantages
