Technical sales for PCB equipment

About the role

Protek Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our state-of-the-art printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing equipment to clients in China and overseas. Your primary focus will be on understanding our customers' needs, providing technical expertise, and closing sales to help drive the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

2. Promoting our electro-plating equipment and solutions to prospective clients

3. Providing technical support and product expertise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

4. Technical documents translationbetween Chinese and English.

5. Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
6. Collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering and product teams to continuously improve our offerings
7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the PCB manufacturing or electronics industry

2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of PCB equipment and manufacturing processes, especially in electro-plating or pressing process.

3. Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical degree backgroud
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

5. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

6. Happy to travel and take on challenges
7. Knowledge in utilizing AI tools is a plus
