Technical Officer / Assistant Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operational performance of APS carpark
• Responsible for project management, daily maintenance, upkeep and regular inspections for APD carpark
• Prepare technical specifications and tender documents for project engineering, maintenance and upkeep works
• Supervise the construction performance of engineering contractors and conduct acceptance inspections for projects
• Liaise with technical departments and contractors
• Required to work outdoors and across different districts
• Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 6 working days a week with weekday rest

Requirements:

• Holder of Electrical Worker Licence of Grade A or above, Construction Worker Registration Certificate and a valid Green Card
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Higher Diploma in Building Services or above in a relevant field
• 3 years or more of relevant work experience
• Ability to read and write in Chinese/English
• Proficient in computer operations
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 & 2)
