Technical Officer/ Assistant Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown
• Review on the fitting out, renovation and reinstatement projects, liaise with vendors / clients and provide improvement actions
• Assist to liaise and co-ordinate with team partners of leasing, tenant services and building management as well as external consultants, designers, governmental departments and Incorporated Owners;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
• Possess at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in renovation, A&A, Fit-out works, building maintenance and MVAC system operation;
• Air Cooled Chiller Water System/VRV A/C System/Split Type A/C System/Fan Coil Unit System B an advantage;
• Proficient in PC operation and MS office
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
