Teaching Assistant (Secondary, International School)

Job Duties

• Support the learning and teaching in our Secondary School for all-round development of an individual or groups of students
• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom in order to enable them to fully participate in school activities
• Monitor students’ responses to learning tasks and provide feedback to teachers
• Assist in the preparation of teaching resources and maintenance of student records
• Support teachers in daily administrative duties and other duties required by the School

Job Requirements

• University graduate with experience in working with individual students and small group, especially in an educational setting
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge and awareness of students’ social, emotional and learning needs
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Flexible, organized, and compassionate
• Strong attention to details/deadlines and capable to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
