Harrow International School Hong Kong is seeking an exceptional Teacher of History and Politics to join our vibrant Humanities Department. This is a full-time position starting in August 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to inspire pupils and contribute to our vision of Educational Excellence for Life and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
· Teach History up to A Level (Pearson Edexcel) and IGCSE, and Politics at A Level (AQA) is highly desirable.
· Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster academic excellence and curiosity.
· Assess pupils effectively, track progress, and implement interventions where needed.
· Contribute to departmental development, including schemes of work and sharing best practices.
· Support pupils with university applications and participate in enrichment activities such as trips and Leadership in Action Week.
· Undertake pastoral responsibilities as a Tutor and contribute to the wider life of the School, including co-curricular programmes.
Qualifications & Experience
· Good Honours degree and a postgraduate teaching qualification (including QTS).
· Proven track record of delivering strong academic outcomes.
· Experience teaching History and Politics to examination level.
· Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and innovative teaching practices.
