Teacher of Computer Science and Mathematics (Secondary School)

We seek to appoint an exceptional and dynamic Teacher of Computer Science and Mathematics to inspire and challenge students across various year levels. This essential, dual-focused role requires the ability to confidently deliver high-quality lessons in both subjects.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation in our Computer Science curriculum, with the potential to introduce and develop areas like programming, data science, or digital citizenship. Simultaneously, they will contribute expertise to the Mathematics department. This position is ideal for a resourceful, collaborative and student-focused professional ready to make a significant impact during an exciting phase of expansion.

To be considered, it is essential to have:

• A bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science/Mathematics or a closely related field;
• A relevant postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS);
• Experience teaching (I)GCSE and A Level Computer Science/Mathematics to a high quality (applications from IB Computer Science/Mathematics teachers will also be accepted);

It is desirable to have:

• A master's or postgraduate qualification in a related subject;
• Experience working with EAL pupils (English as an Additional Language);
• Experience or interest in being an examiner for (I)GCSE and/or A Level.

All new teachers are offered two-year renewable contracts and a competitive compensation package, with a gratuity of 18.75%, an additional monthly cash allowance, remuneration of school fees for one child and full medical and dental insurance for the employee and spouse.
