Sourcing Associate – Partwork Business

We are a leading player in the collectible publishing industry, known for our innovative Partwork products and strong international client base.

We are seeking a Sourcing Associate with experience in the Partwork business to join our product development and procurement team. This role will be responsible for sourcing and developing collectible publishing products, supporting project planning and launch activities, and handling operational tasks such as data entry and purchase order (PO) processing. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and international clients to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing activities for Partwork projects, including supplier identification, quotation, negotiation, and order placement

- Support product development planning and coordinate timelines for new launches

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure product specifications meet technical and market requirements

- Handle data entry, maintain accurate product and supplier records, and manage documentation

- Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery

- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards and cost control

- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks

- Support client presentations and sample development processes

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sourcing experience, preferably in Partwork or publishing-related products

- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations in China

- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Detail-oriented, responsible, a good team player with strong time management skills

- Occasional travel to China factories

- Overtime work may be required if necessary
