Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering) to join our dynamic team at Shumo Development Limited. as the Site Supervisor , you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our diverse range of construction and engineering projects. This is a full-time position based in To Kwa Wan.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all on-site personnel
• Maintaining detailed site measurement records and preparing progress reports for project management
• Liaison with clients, contractors for site arrangements.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, codes and contractual requirements
• Other relevant duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Building Services)
• 1-2 year relevant working experience in construction field
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including ACAD / MS Applications / Microstation
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Initiative, independent, responsible and a good team player
• Possess a safety card and a class 1,2 driver's license
