Site Supervisor 地盤監督 (Fitting-Out)

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Fit-out work, knowledge of E&M preferable
• Knowledge of site measurement is preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, self-motivated and detail-minded, able to work under pressure
• Ability to work with all levels on site
• 懂看圖則及熟悉施工圖,持有安全督導員課程證書優先

Job Duties: 

• To assist Project Manager to monitor the operation of the project and ensure project quality
• Liaise with internal (Project Team) and external parties (clients, vendors and suppliers)
• Assist to carry out safety control measures on site
• Assist in project documentation and submission

• Assist in tendering process
