Pan Cosmos is an international and expanding shipping company in Hong Kong over 30 years. We are subsidiary of COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. and now looking for high calibre candidate to join us.

Shipping Officer / Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

●     Liaise with charterers, agents, flag state administration, ship’s Master and other service providers as required for ship-owners’ matter including KYC and risk compliance ;

●     Handling port disbursement account, ship certificates renewal and owners’ cost payment etc.,

●     To prepare freight & charter hire invoices, commercial documents;

●     To assist handling for marine insurance claims, premiums payment & other relevant;

●     Responsible for ship data maintenance in the business system;

●     Responsible for record maintenance and documentation filing etc.;

●     Overtime may probably required.

●    Provide support to the team and any other duties as assigned

Job Qualification / Requirements

●    Higher Diploma / Degree or above in sea transport, shipping or relevant;

●    Reliable team player, able to work effectively across desk and time zones in an international organization

●    Previous experience in tanker or dry bulk shipping is preferable.

●   Able to work independently, responsible, well organized, self-motivated and willing to work overtime.

●    Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

●    Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent and good command of spoken and  written in English,

Mandarin and Cantonese;

●    Minimum 1 -2 years working experience

●    Immediate available is preferable
