We are an international trading company based in Hong Kong (Sheung Wan). Currently, we are seeking shipping clerks and associatesto join our firm. 


Job Description


Shipping Clerk:

  • Coordinate with factories / forwarders to arrange the shipments for orders
  • Make bookings for shipments and track them
  • Handle everyday shipment operation flow
  • Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents: Invoice, PL, etc.
  • Prepare and process related banking documents
  • Admin Duties


Associate:

  • Responsible for order monitoring and follow-up with clients and suppliers
  • Ensuring product specifications and artworks are correct.
  • Preparing documentation such as: issuing PO/INV,  shipping orders/docs,    inspection booking and monitoring.
  • Inputting/updating order records into master system
  • Communicating with banks for order related work: E.g. LC opening / Taking TR's / Checking the status of Payments
  • Admin Duties


Requirements

  • Higher certificate, diploma or above
  • Solid work experience as a shipping clerk or merchandiser that is able to handle import / export related tasks
  • Good experience in dealing with suppliers / factory in China
  • Quick learner
  • Independent worker who is pro-active
  • English, Mandarin, and Cantonese speakers are preferred
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Immediately available will be preferred


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Salary:
Negotiable
