Service Technician/Engineer

Job Description:
If you have an engineering background and are eager to engage with medical professionals, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Field Service Technician/Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our cutting-edge medical technologies and helping to expand our business.

Duties:

• Perform on-field installations for systems such as ergometers, treadmills, and physiotherapy equipment at customers
• Provide onsite service to conduct corrective and preventive maintenance services for customers as assigned
• Customer focus: hospitals, private clinics, and universities
• Provide job reports including written reports, photos/video recordings of the job carried out for supervisor's review

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Engineering disciplines, preferably Electronic/Mechanical background
• Substantial experience in on-field service roles.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent manners and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
