Service Engineer

Job Specification:

• Provide in-house and on-site field services for system and equipment installation, commissioning, repair and subsequent maintenance support for laboratory / clinical equipment

• Provide preventive maintenance and aftersales engineer service

• Support ad hoc project assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Biomedical/ Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical)

• At least 2-years experience in field service support

• Experience in laboratory or clinical market is an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus

• Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently

• Good in both spoken & written English and Chinese

• Hardworking & willing to learn
