Service engineer (Hospital Software)

Job description:

1. Responsible for the deployment, operation, and optimization of the PACS system to ensure stable operation.
2. Coordinate the connection between PACS and HIS, EMR and other systems, and handle problems.
3. Support image equipment access and user training, quickly respond to faults.

4. Participate in the requirement analysis and implementation of hospital informatization projects.
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (experience can be relaxed).
2. Familiar with Windows/Linux, MySQL/Oracle, and server/network basic operations.
3.Understand PACS business processes, image equipment docking, and HIS/EMR system interaction.
4. Strong communication skills, proactive, able to handle unexpected problems, willing to accept short-term business trips.
5.Can work in English and Cantonese environment. Preferred qualifications: experience with PACS in a Level 3 hospital.

Monthly Salary: HKD23,000 - HKD40,000

3. 暸解PACS業務流程、影像設備對接以及HIS/EMR系統交互；
4. 較強的溝通能力，積極主動，能夠處理意外問題，願意接受短期出差；

5. 能夠在英語和粵語環境中工作。優先資格：在三級醫院使用PACS的經驗。
   

每月薪金: HKD23,000 - HKD40,000
