Senior Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the space planning, VM Calendar for different retail lines and individual shops;
• Develop VM display guideline to all shops and ensure all VM are well following the guidelines;
• Support all shops & sales team for display arrangement and operations. Chief point contact between all shops and VM team;
• Liaise with different brands on VM proposals, design development, technical issues and installation;
• Execute window set-up, in-store display and visual production to meet the schedule and standards;
• Assist the set-up of shop openings / renovation / trunk shows / events;
• Manage external contractors to ensure the quality, safe installation and compliance to all regulations and guidelines in a cost-effective way;
• Conduct regular shop visits to maintain good standard of VM presentation.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Design, Visual Merchandising or other related subject;
• 3 years or above relevant experience in VM with production experience;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to interact with people;
• Well organized, multi-tasks, self-motivated and good time management skill with positive attitude;
• Have passion in luxury fashion, retail and good team player with open mind and willingness to learn;
• Familiar in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Knowledge of video and audio systems including LED, lighting systems and power consumption is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Visual Merchandiser.
