Senior Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out sampling plan and manage daily operation in the food laboratory or production line.

• Conduct testing on incoming/in-process materials, finished products and others as required.

• Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

• Assist in the development, modification and validation of testing methods

• Monitoring food safety and hygiene in the food factory and laboratory to meet ISO & HACCP standards

• Prepare daily and monthly reports, review test records and other quality control activities

• Other ads hoc projects as requested

   

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science / Food & Nutrition / Food-related discipline

• 3 years or above relevant experience in food testing and laboratory management, preferably in food manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 9001 & HACCP have advantage

• Good communication skills in written and spoken Chinese. Spoken English or Mandarin have advantage

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

• Mature and detail-minded

• Less experience also will be considered

• Immediate availability is preferred
