Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Job Highlights:

• Commercial / Residential Project.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5-1/2 days work a week.

​​​Responsibilities:

• ​​​Attend project coordination meeting with Consultants, Client, and Main Contractor
  Site supervising and coordinating with sub-contractors and consultants for construction details.

• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, working program, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with external project stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and progress tracking.
• Communicate with the project team and provide regular status updates.
• Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time.
• Able to work under a tight schedule & meet deadlines.

​​​Requirements:

• ​Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies, or related subjects.
• 5 years or above of experience in interior fitting out works or the construction field.
• A green card is needed.
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software.
• Confident in liaising and coordinating with different internal and external parties.
• Handle a full set of As-built drawings and submissions.
• Team player mindset, well-organized, multi-tasking skills, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Spoken & Written English and Mandarin.
• On-site work requires
• Less experienced will be considered as Site Supervisor
• Being immediately available is preferable
