Senior Sales Executive

Company Overview:
Absolute Pure Envirosci Limited specializes in biomedical and biochemical products, pet care solutions, and innovative research. We are currently seeking proactive, high-calibre individuals to join us as Senior Sales Executive, focusing on promoting our water system consumer products to the property sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the property and related fields, such as property developers, shopping malls, building management firms, offices, and real estate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers involved in procurement.
• Provide tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating the benefits of our water system consumer products in maintaining clean and safe environments.
• Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
• Participate in industry-related events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales and management experience, preferably in the property management or procurement sectors.
• B2B sales experience is advantageous.
• Existing connections with real estate management companies are highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for an Assistant Sales Manager role.
