Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Perform a role of contractor’s quantity surveyor in both pre- and post-contract stages including but not limited to the tasks and full duties of:

-Estimating and tendering

-Subletting and subcontracting

-Project budgeting, cost control and cash-flow monitoring

-Contractual administration

-Project documentation / records administration and controls

-Re-measurements and variations assessments

-Final accounts and claim settlements

Others / ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years' relevant experience in local building main contractor, particularly in infrastructure / civil engineering construction
• Able to resident full-time on site
• Familiar with local construction industry and trade practices
• Capable to lead a team of assistance
• Interpersonal skills in working amongst other teams / departments
• Self-motivated, good team player with strong planning and time management skills
• Strong and skillful in communication and negotiation
• Working independently and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with more qualification / experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
