Senior Quality Manager

The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our end-to-end quality strategy for footwear and sundries (e.g., bags, home and sports accessories). You’ll ensure product excellence from design to delivery by optimizing QA/QC processes and embedding quality culture across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Quality System Leadership: Maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, AQL, and brand-specific standards.

Product Integrity: Oversee QA/QC protocols for footwear (materials, construction, testing) and sundries, ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.

Supplier Quality: Audit and develop tier-1/tier-2 suppliers; drive corrective actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.

Risk Management: Proactively identify quality risks (materials, production, logistics) and implement mitigation plans.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Development, Engineering, Sourcing and Factories to establish quality standards at the proto stage.

Team Development: Mentor QA/QC teams; standardize best practices globally.

Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze defect trends, customer feedback, and production data to reduce returns and enhance quality.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in quality management, with 5+ years focused on footwear and sundries/accessories (e.g., leather goods, textiles).

Technical Expertise: QA/QC tools (LSS, xFMEA, CTQ, AQL, FAI, , control plans) and root-cause analysis.

Systems Proficiency: Hands-on QMS implementation (ISO 9001, BSCI, or equivalent).

Leadership: Proven ability to lead remote teams and influence stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Fluency in English and Mandarin
