(Senior) Quality Assurance Officer (Food factory)

Responsibilities:

• Perform new product verification, e.g. process flow, shelf life test, sensory test, etc.;
• Prepare product specification;
• Assist in product label development;
• Maintain and update documents of food safety system (HACCP / ISO22000) ;
• Follow up on food safety & quality complaints, perform investigation into the root cause and suggest possible corrective action;
• Assist in the preparation of surveillance and certification audits;
• Assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Food Science or related disciplines;
• Knowledge on HACCP & ISO22000 is preferred;
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in Food manufacturing is preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• Attentive to details, mature, strong problem-solving skill,  self-motivated and work independently;
• Good time management skill, well-organized with strong analytical mind;
• May be required to on duty during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, subject to production needs；
