Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve ISO9001 Quality Management System and other quality assurance system of the company
• Coordinate external and internal quality management system audits
• Responsible for supplier quality, spare parts quality and equipment calibration
• Drive for quality improvement projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ solid working experience in ISO 9001 audit
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP, AQL and quality management tools including Quality Mindset, MSA (AR&R,GR&R), 8D, Quality Tools, Process Control Chart
• Knowledge of IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA and Power BI will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded with good communication, inter-personal, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to travel to Shenzhen Plants / Suppliers Sites / Customer Sites
