- Degree Holder is preferred
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in property or facility management
- MIH / CIH / HKIS / RICS is preferable
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager
