Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Newtech has been one of the market leaders in E&M systems and IT infrastructure for the data center and critical environment, providing consultancy, design, implementation, project, system and facility management. We are looking for potential candidate who is experienced in procurement and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall project planning, scheduling, design, cost control & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Teams for HK and overseas projects;
• Collaborate with internal departments & teams for production of technical solutions, proposals, budgets and time schedules
• Manage large & multiple projects in parallel and supervise project managers and subordinates with guide & directions.
• Control all project management activities, quality management, governance, invoicing and measures to drive continual improvement and performance in according to the top management’s requirement.
• Manage clients and liaise with various architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, contractors, suppliers in delivery of quality projects
• Compile and assurance of consistent reporting in according to various requirement

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 7 years of project management experience;
• Strong technical experience, preferably with Data Centre/ MEP and knowledge
• Experience in consultancy firm will be an advantage;
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Chartered qualification will be an advantage.
