Job Description:
Procurement
● Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
● Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
● Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
● Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in procurement processes.
● Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and seek ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to align procurement strategies.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
Cleaning and Maintenance
● Facility Management: Oversee maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of school facilities and grounds.
● Team Leadership: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the cleaning and maintenance teams.
● Scheduling: Create and implement work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
● Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning and maintenance standards are met.
● Resource Management: Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment; order supplies as needed.
● Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
● Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between

● Staff Coordination: Coordinate with staff and faculty to support their operational needs and enhance overall school functioning.
● Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
● Transportation Management: Coordinate student transportation services, including bus schedules and routes.
Job Requirement:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
● With at least 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles in a school environment is preferred
● Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation strategies.
● Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
● Strong problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen issues in supply chain management.
● Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to understand their procurement needs.
● Good command of written English and Chinese;
