Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager - Residential Sales

Our client is a listed integrated property developer in Hong Kong, featuring a diverse portfolio that includes residential projects, shopping centers, industrial buildings, and commercial developments. To support their residential property development project, they are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in residential sales. 

Job Duties:

• Collaborate in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Create and produce sales materials, including brochures, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the drafting of legal documents, such as pre-sale consent forms, DMC, and various conveyancing paperwork.
• Organize and maintain the department's filing system for easy access to important documents.
• Work with the IT department to enhance the sales system.
• Address inquiries from potential clients and real estate agents.
• Manage relationships with estate agents to support sales initiatives.
• Supervise daily operations related to sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder  Real Estate, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Min. 5+ years of experience in real estate industry in Hong Kong.
• Capable of working under pressure while delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and proactively.
• Familiarity with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Strong analytical skills, keen awareness of pricing, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
